SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipping & Processing Western Trading Company orders are shipped via Australia Post during normal business hours including a dispatch notification and online tracking.
Our dispatch times from the Tenterfield warehouse are generally between 1 - 3 working days, however during busier times leading up to Christmas and Public Holiday periods, sales dispatch times can take up to 4 working days.
Delivery times via Australia Post may vary, depending on your location anywhere between 5-10 business working days.

RETURNS INFORMATION Change of Mind Returns We want you to feel confident when buying from Western Trading Company. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of receiving the item and can opt for a Replacement or Credit Note. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Returns In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Western Trading Company immediately for a replacement (if available), store credit or a full refund. We will also ask you to send a photograph of the damage to enquire@westerntradingcompany.com.au along with your name and your order number; this will help us process your refund or credit as soon as possible.
